The User (any visitor to the website https://opora-dv.ru) gives consent to the processing of their personal data by LLC "Opora-DV" (ООО «Опора-ДВ», INN 2721246332, OGRN 1202700005100, address: 680015, Russian Federation, Khabarovsk, Rokossovskogo St., 46, apt. 318; actual address: 680509, Russian Federation, Khabarovsk, Yablonevaya St., 42; hereinafter the "Operator") in accordance with article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006. Consent is given to automated processing and processing without the use of automation tools, including via the website https://opora-dv.ru, on the following terms:

Purposes of processing and personal data:

1) Processing requests received through forms on the website, clarifying order details, concluding and performing contracts
– surname, first name, patronymic; telephone number; e-mail address.

2) Analysis of website traffic using the Yandex Metrica service to improve the website's operation and content
– cookies; IP address; browser and device information; date, time and pages of website visits.

The User also consents to the transfer of data collected by the Yandex Metrica service (cookies, IP address, browser and device information, date, time and pages visited) to LLC "Yandex" for the analysis of website traffic. The User's personal data are not provided to other third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.

Personal data are processed by a mixed method (with and without the use of automation tools) and processing includes: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (provision) in the cases specified above, blocking, deletion and destruction.

This consent is valid from the moment the User submits a form on the website or consents to the use of cookies until the purposes of processing are achieved or the consent is withdrawn. Request data are stored until the request is answered, but no longer than 6 months; if a contract is concluded – for the term of the contract and 5 years after its performance; Yandex Metrica data – no longer than 12 months from the date of the visit.

Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

The User confirms that they are aware of the right to withdraw their consent by drawing up a corresponding written document, which may be sent to the Operator by e-mail at: opora_dv@mail.ru

If the User withdraws consent to the processing of their personal data, the Operator undertakes to stop processing it or to ensure that such processing is stopped (if the personal data are processed by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) and, if retention of the personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing, to destroy the personal data or ensure their destruction (if the personal data are processed by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal.

If consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, the Operator may continue processing personal data without the User's consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
